Results and insights

Who's slipping, before the report card says so.

Released marks roll up by school, department, course and batch. The students who dropped, the questions nobody got and the classes behind are already on the page.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

  1. 1

    Roll it up

Admins see the school, heads see their department, teachers see their own batches. Only released marks count.

  2. 2

    Find the exceptions

Rule-based reports show evidence only: falls since the last test, missed practicals, low attendance with low marks.

  3. 3

    Share it

Open it on screen, export CSV or Excel, or print the result sheet for any assessment.

What you get with results and insights.

  • Role-scoped

School, department and batch views, each seeing only their own.

  • Released marks only

    Drafts never leak into averages.

  • Exception reports

Evidence-only rules; the page, CSV, Excel and print match.

  • Marks by question

Part-by-part marks from AI marking, not just one total.

  • Absent isn't zero

Absent and excused are words, never 0, in every average.

  • Result sheets

Print any assessment's results; see transcripts.

How it compares.

Fair, sourced comparisons with the tools schools weigh this against, checked on their own sites.

Questions about results and insights

Who sees what?

Admins see the school, heads of department their department, and teachers the batches they teach.

Do absent students drag averages down?

No. Absent and excused are recorded as words, not 0, and left out of averages.

Can we export?

Yes. Reports export to CSV and Excel and print, and all three match the page.

Does AI change any marks?

No. Insights only read released marks.
